Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and understand job requirements.
- Identify/ screen/ qualify candidates for Technical positions.
- Managing daily MIS & Reporting.
- Managing candidates database in the software
- Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment
- Prior experience with Manufacturing and IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication
- Should be well-versed in using Job Boards/Portals / Networking / Head Hunting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skill verbal & written.
