Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and understand job requirements.
  • Identify/ screen/ qualify candidates for Technical positions.
  • Managing daily MIS & Reporting.
  • Managing candidates database in the software
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Prior experience with Manufacturing , IT Recruitment,sales recruitment,banking recruitment 
  • Excellent communication
  • Should be well-versed in using Job Boards/Portals / Networking / Head Hunting
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good communication skill verbal & written.
