Job Description

Major Deliverables;

Part of customer management team through Direct customer handling, basis Relationship approach

Supporting Lead Direct Collections and accountable for Collections from assigned set of TC & SME accounts

Ensuring prompt management & Service related operations management of large accounts with or without PAN India presence

Responsible for maintaining Accounts Receivables in clean state by enabling Accounts reconciliation, Follow ups & end to end close looping

Position involves following areas of responsibility -

  • Managing data support for Bill Delivery & Customer account reconciliation
  • Portfolio level tracking of outstanding
  • Analysing of monthly target with debtors and create action plans for monthly collection targets
  • Maintaining & flashing various analytical reports
  • Tracking Pan India payments posting as per customer payment advice
  • Periodic review of outstanding balance with customer to avoid delay in payments
  • Capturing customer issue on time to ensure no backdated revenue reversal
  • Feedback to the team on a regular basis on improvement area & monitor progress
