Our client is looking for a Senior Analyst (Oracle Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation)
A Bachelors degree with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant hands on experience in design, development or support of Oracle sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation and OTBI Reporting.

Designation : Sr. Analyst Oracle Sales Cloud.
Role : Individual Contributor
Domain : IT
Experience : Minimum 3 to 5yrs relevant experience in design, development or support of Oracle Sales Cloud
And minimum 1year in Incentive compensation.
Qualification : Any Bachelors degree Full Time

1. Basic understanding of some of clients key application(s) and/or IT Infrastructure.
2. Basic understanding of integration and impact points of involved systems for a division and/or region or function.
3. Strong understanding of business operations, functionalities in general.
4. Strong understanding on applications and solutions, including integrations in terms of our clients business and Enterprise IT Strategic fit, understand application road map.
5. Has excellent analytical and debugging skills.
6. Strong experience and can execute independently on multiple technical modules
7. Strong technical analysis and design skills
8. Strong understanding on Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. Must have strong knowledge of Configuration Management
9. Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, Release management and Change Management processes).
10. Good analytical skills and debugging skills, business process knowledge
11. Must have a strong focus on UX/CX including Styling, jquery, CSS and Bootstrap.
12. Ability to work within a virtual team environment, while managing multiple milestones and activities.
13. A Bachelors degree with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant hands on experience in design, development or support of Oracle sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation and OTBI Reporting.
14. Ability to work and lead collaboratively. Strong written and oral communications skills.
15. Understands IT application infrastructure and security technologies.
