Job Description

Mentor a team of 12/15 sales executives and must drive the required productivity from the Sales Executives.
Manage credit card sales for the Bank channel.
Tap walk-in customers and Achieve monthly targets on new credit cards acquisition and on retail spends volume.
Monitor daily progress on each given objective, namely Cross Sell, multi tasking.
Maintain excellent relationships with different stakeholders
Must be good in relationship management and interpersonal skills.
